THE SOUND COMES FROM HERE
Atlanta Does Not Just Make the Hits. It Sends Them on Tour.
For two decades and counting, the center of gravity in hip-hop and R&B has been Atlanta. The artists live here, the tours rehearse and launch here, the videos shoot here, and careers change tax brackets here fast enough that the next house and the next setup are always in motion. Every one of those moves involves equipment that is both expensive and irreplaceable, and people whose addresses do not belong in anyone’s group chat.
Flood Brothers moves this industry the way it needs to be moved: quietly, on schedule, and with the gear treated like the asset it is. Our crews are full-time employees, more than 220 of them, based out of our Atlanta location with tour support that runs nationwide. We stage tour launches so the truck matches the routing plan, run backline and DJ rigs to shows and shoots ready to plug in, and relocate artists and producers without the move becoming a story.
The backline, the set, the office, and the house. One crew, one plan, one contact who answers.
ATLANTA MOVE LOGISTICS
Gated Studios, High-Rise Lofts, and Schedules That Change at Midnight
Music moves in Atlanta rarely happen at street level on a Tuesday morning. The studio is behind a gate with a guard who was not told you were coming. The condo tower wants a freight elevator reservation and a certificate of insurance before a hand truck crosses the lobby. The session ran long, so the load-out that was booked for Thursday is now Saturday night. None of that can become your problem.
So it becomes ours. We advance every location, handle building management and COI paperwork, book the elevators, and time routes around Atlanta traffic instead of being surprised by it. Lift-gate trucks cover locations without docks, crews scale the same day when a schedule compresses, and gear between rooms or between tours holds in secure, racked, inventoried storage with documented check-in and recall.

QUIET IS PART OF THE SERVICE
The Crew Signs the NDA Before They See the Address
Discretion is not a promise we make, it is a process we run. NDAs are signed before a crew is assigned. Addresses and client names travel on a need-to-know basis, and the paperwork on the truck does not carry either. Because every crew member is a full-time employee rather than day labor, accountability has a name and a face, and what happens on your move stays on your move.

HOW AN ARTIST MOVE RUNS
Four Steps From First Call to Last Case
-
Advance & Sign
We scope the move through whoever runs your business, sign the NDAs, and lock the plan to your calendar.
-
Case & Protect
Consoles, instruments, and gear get protection matched to the piece, not a one-size blanket.
-
Move on Schedule
Crews and trucks timed to sessions, elevator windows, and Atlanta traffic, with same-day flex when dates slide.
-
Set, Return, or Store
Equipment lands in the new room, returns after the shoot, or holds in inventoried secure storage.

Questions & Answers
Entertainer Movers Atlanta: What Clients Ask First
General
-
No. We regularly scope and contract through managers, business managers, and attorneys, with NDAs signed before details move. The crew learns the address when they need it and nothing more.
-
We stage rehearsal loads, pack trucks to the routing plan, and run gear nationwide, coast to coast if that is what the routing says. Between legs, backline holds in secure, inventoried storage and comes back stage-ready.
-
Yes. Furniture, props, backline, and set pieces delivered to location on call-sheet time, struck when the shoot wraps, and returned or stored, with the same discretion rules as every other move.
-
Yes. We schedule around the booking calendar, work nights and weekends when the room needs to stay live, and coordinate disconnects and reconnects with your engineer so downtime is measured in hours, not weeks.
