What Flood Brothers Does
Every Part of a Commercial Move, Handled Under One Roof
Most commercial moves do not fail on the truck. They fail in the handoffs, between the mover, the furniture installer, the IT vendor, the rigging company, and whoever is clearing out the old space. Each one points at the other when the schedule slips, and you pay for it in downtime.
Flood Brothers closes those gaps. We are one company that plans the move, installs the furniture and equipment, rigs the heavy machinery, relocates your warehouse or data center, stores what needs to wait, and decommissions the old space. One accountable partner from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, staffed by our own in-house crews.

Who Actually Shows Up
Your Project Runs on Our Employees, Not a Temp Agency
A relocation is not a stack of separate jobs. It is one continuous chain, survey, plan, pack, rig, move, store, install, test, and clear out, and a chain only holds if one team owns every link. That is the Flood Brothers model: the people who scope your project are the people who execute it, and the same manager answers for the rigging, the IT cutover, the furniture install, and the empty space you hand back to the landlord.
No coordinating five vendors. No gaps where a missed handoff becomes your downtime. One plan, one crew, one number to call, from the first walkthrough to the day your operation is fully back up on the other side.
How We Run a Move
A Process Built to Protect Your Uptime
-
Survey & Scope
We walk the origin and destination, document equipment and access, and confirm the real constraints before anything is quoted.
-
Plan & Sequence
A written move plan phases the work around your operation, with dock, elevator, and crew schedules locked in.
-
Prep & Protect
Floors, walls, and elevators are protected; assets are labeled, packed, and rig-prepped to the plan.
-
Move, Rig & Store
Crews execute on nights and weekends when needed, staging through our own warehousing to keep cutover clean.
-
Install & Test
FF&E is set to the floor plan, machinery is re-leveled, and IT is reconnected and verified before sign-off.
-
Decommission & Close Out
We clear the old space, resell or recycle what is left, and hand back a broom-clean site with the punch list complete.
What We Move and Install
From a Single Workstation to an Entire Plant
If it belongs to a commercial operation, our crews have moved, rigged, stored, or installed it. The list below is what shows up on a typical scope, and the same team handles all of it:
- Office and corporate: workstations, private offices, conference rooms, IT and AV, and full office furniture installation reset to the new floor plan.
- Warehouse and distribution: pallet racking, conveyors, shelving, forklifts, and live inventory sequenced around your throughput.
- Industrial and manufacturing: CNC machines, presses, and production lines rigged, transported, and re-leveled to tolerance.
- Data center and IT: server cabinets, network gear, and infrastructure de-racked, labeled, and re-racked with a tested cutover plan.
- Hospitality and food service: hotel and restaurant FF&E, plus commercial kitchen installation on hard pre-opening dates.
- Fitness and recreation: commercial fitness and gym equipment installation for clubs, multifamily amenities, and corporate wellness centers.
- Storage and asset management: staging, swing space, and long-term storage in 500,000+ sq ft of monitored, racked warehousing.

Single Site or Fifty
One Coordinated Team Across All 50 States
National rollouts break down when every market is a different vendor with a different standard. We run multi-site programs the way we run a single move: one project manager, one playbook, and consistent execution from market to market, with coverage across all 50 states.
That makes us a natural fit for office consolidations, retail and restaurant rollouts, hospitality openings, and warehouse network shifts, anywhere you need the same quality of crew and the same accountable point of contact in city after city. The plan travels with you, so the tenth location goes as smoothly as the first.

Questions & Answers
Commercial Moving FAQs
General
-
Yes. Planning, packing, moving, industrial rigging, FF&E and furniture installation, IT and data center relocation, storage, logistics, and decommissioning are all run by Flood Brothers crews and a single project manager. The only time we bring in an outside specialist is a regulated trade like a licensed electrician for a final hard connection, and we coordinate it for you.
-
Employees. We staff projects with a 220-plus person, full-time in-house crew that is background-checked, trained on our equipment, and accountable to the same supervisors job after job.
-
That is the goal of every plan. We phase the work, schedule on nights and weekends when it protects production, and stage through our own warehousing so your team, your line, or your sales floor stays up as long as possible. We plan against downtime, not around it.
-
Yes. Our industrial rigging teams skate, lift, transport, and re-level CNC machines, presses, and full production lines, then coordinate the install and IT so the equipment comes back online on schedule.
-
After we survey the origin and destination, we typically return a written scope and quote within one business day. The survey is what keeps the price and the schedule honest, so we do not skip it on complex jobs.
