That is a freight problem, and freight is what we do. Flood Brothers is a commercial logistics company with a warehouse and full-time crews in Nashville, and we run tour equipment the way we run our largest commercial accounts: a written plan, an inventoried manifest, trucks packed so the first case off is the first case the crew needs, and one phone number that answers from the first load-in to the last load-out. A tour truck is not a moving truck. It packs in reverse show order, so monitors and backline come off before set carpentry, and it packs the same way every night so a crew in city thirty finds every case where it was in city three. We advance the routing with your production manager before anything rolls: load-in windows, dock realities, curfews, union calls, and the nights where the only way to make the next date is an overnight run. Then we build the pack map and hold to it.
Between legs, gear comes home to racked, inventoried storage in our Nashville warehouse with documented check-in and recall, so the rig that parked after the spring run comes back complete and stage-ready for the fall one. Rehearsal loads move from the lockup to the rehearsal room and back on your schedule. And when a date gets added or a festival slot lands with two weeks of notice, the same crew that packed the truck the first time is the crew that answers the phone.
