FF&E arrives from dozens of vendors over a span of weeks, and every handoff between companies is a place where a carton disappears, a finish gets scuffed, or a punch-list item becomes somebody else’s problem. That is why we never split the work. Flood Brothers receives your vendor deliveries, inspects and logs every piece, stores it in our own warehouses, then consolidates, stages, and installs with the same team that signed for it at the dock. The crew doing the final walkthrough has tracked your FF&E since the first pallet arrived, so nothing slips through a handoff and nobody has to reconstruct what happened to a missing carton.

Vendors ship when their factories are ready, not when your site is, and someone has to catch, verify, and hold all of it until install week. Our storage & warehousing network signs for every vendor shipment, inventories it by project and by room, and holds it securely until your site is ready. When the floors are down and the paint is dry, our logistics & delivery team builds sequenced loads so each truck arrives carrying exactly what that day’s install plan calls for, nothing more and nothing sooner.
