WHY WHITE GLOVE

A New Space Should Not Start With a Pile of Boxes

Nashville keeps opening things. New offices in the Gulch, new hotels downtown, new restaurants and showrooms out in Germantown and East Nashville, and every one of them has a week where the furniture, fixtures and equipment all show up at once. That week is where a project either comes together or turns into a lobby full of cartons and a crew that is already gone.

White glove delivery is how you skip that week. Our Tennessee crews bring every piece inside, unwrap it, build it, set it exactly where your plan shows it, and take all of the packaging with them. Floors and door frames stay protected the whole time. Before we leave, you get photos of how everything looked in place.

And if the pieces are coming from five different vendors on five different days, we can hold them until the set is complete and bring it all in together, so your team walks into a finished room instead of a receiving area.

HOW WE WORK

Hotels, Restaurants and Showrooms

A lot of Nashville white glove work is not offices at all. It is a hotel getting its guest rooms ready for opening day, a restaurant that needs its dining room set the night before the soft open, or a showroom that has to look perfect for one launch. Those jobs live or die on timing and care. We stage the pieces, bring them in room by room, and leave each space ready to photograph.

LOCAL KNOW-HOW

Delivering in a City That Is Always Under Construction

The newer towers downtown, in SoBro and in the Gulch tend to run tight docks and freight elevators you book ahead, and most want a certificate of insurance on file before a truck pulls in. Lower Broadway and the streets around the arena close for events more often than outsiders expect, and a game day or a festival weekend changes the whole plan for getting a truck downtown.

Out in Brentwood, Cool Springs and Franklin it is a different job: big office campuses, long hallways and furniture going to several floors at once. Midtown and West End sit in between, with older buildings, smaller elevators and tighter turns that decide what fits and what has to be built in the room.

We sort out the dock time, the elevator and the certificate with your property manager before the delivery date, and we plan the drive around whatever the city has going on that day.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What Every Nashville Delivery Includes

One crew and one point of contact from the walkthrough to the final photo.

  • Inside Delivery to the Drawing

Not curbside, not the lobby. Each piece goes to its room and its spot on your floor plan.

  • Blanket Wrap and Floor Protection

Pads on the furniture, runners on the floors, guards on the corners and door frames the whole way in.

  • Assembly and Placement

Desks built, tables leveled, seating set, and the layout checked against the plan before we call it done.

  • Receiving and Staging

Pieces arriving from different vendors on different days can be received at our warehouse and delivered together.

  • Photo Condition Report

Photos of every piece in place before we leave, so damage questions are answered with pictures, not memory.

  • Packaging Removal

Cartons, crates, foam and plastic leave with us. Your space is ready to use the minute we walk out.

THE PLAN

How a Delivery Runs

  1. Walk the Route

We look at the dock, the freight elevator, the hallway turns and the final room before move day, so the crew size and the protection match the building, not a guess.

  2. Book the Building

Elevator reservation, dock time and a certificate of insurance made out the way your property manager asks for it, all settled in writing ahead of time.

  3. Wrap, Carry, Place

Blanket-wrapped and padded, floors and door frames protected, and every piece set exactly where the drawing says, assembled and level.

  4. Clean Up and Sign Off

Packaging hauled away, protection pulled up, and a photo condition report before the crew leaves, so you have proof of how everything arrived.
