Our crews dismantle, inventory, and re-erect your racking system to the manufacturer’s spec, beams seated, frames plumbed, footplates anchored, and the whole run leveled to the new slab so it passes inspection and carries load safely.

We map the new layout before a single upright comes down, so aisles, pick faces, and reserve locations land where your slotting plan wants them. Reconfiguring as you move? We re-pitch beam levels and adjust footprints to fit the new building instead of forcing the old layout into a space it was never sized for. When the move ties into a larger storage and warehousing program, the same crew handles both ends.

When a forklift, conveyor, or production line gets handed to a third-party crew that has never seen your floor, that is where things get dropped, scratched, and knocked out of calibration. Flood Brothers keeps every rigger on our own payroll, the same people who planned the move are the ones executing it.

We engineer each lift around its weight, dimensions, and travel path, then re-level and recommission sensitive equipment so it comes back online aligned and ready to run. Your machinery is never the responsibility of someone who clocks out the moment the truck is loaded.

  3. Rig, Move & Re-Install

    We dismantle racking, rig forklifts and machinery, transport labeled inventory, and re-erect and level everything to plan in the new building.

  4. Commission & Support

    We walk the floor with your team, level and anchor-check the racking, confirm equipment runs, and stay on call as you ramp back to full volume.

Warehouse relocation is rigging work wearing a moving company’s name. Turret trucks, mezzanine steel, conveyor drives, compressors and palletizers are not furniture, and the crews who handle them well are not the crews you hire by the day.

Ours are full-time employees. That matters in two ways you will actually notice. The first is judgment: a rigger who has set the same class of equipment a hundred times knows when a floor needs plating, when a piece has to be broken down rather than walked, and when the drawing is wrong about the door. The second is accountability. The person who tears your racking down is the person who puts it back up, so nobody is reverse-engineering someone else’s disassembly from a pile of beams and a photo.

It also means the crew list does not change between the site walk and the move, which is what lets us commit to a sequence and hold it.

You tell us what has to stay live and when product has to be available; we engineer the sequence to match, down to which racking bays move first and which forklifts stay on the old floor until the last pallet clears.
