One mislabeled cable or one mishandled drive can turn a clean cutover into days of troubleshooting. Before anything is unracked, we walk the room with your team, tag every device, photograph every rack elevation, and map source-to-destination for each cable. Protected Handling
Servers, SANs, and storage arrays do not tolerate static, shock, or rough handling. Spinning media, optics, and seated cards can fail from a single jolt, and the failure usually shows up after the move, when it is hardest to trace. We handle every device to that standard: anti-static practices, shock-protected carts and cases, and custom crating for the gear that needs it.
Heavy racks ride on air-ride transport so road vibration never reaches your hardware, and chassis are secured so nothing shifts in transit. Drives, modules, and small components are bagged, labeled, and tracked so they end up in the exact slot they came out of. When your equipment arrives, it is in the same condition it left in, ready to rack, cable, and bring back online.
How It Works
We walk both rooms with your IT team, inventory every server, rack, and switch, photograph rack elevations, and confirm power, cooling, and access at the destination.
You get a written cutover plan: power-down and power-up order, label scheme, transport timing, and a rollback path, all approved before move day.
We label and document every cable and asset, de-rack to plan, crate and pad as needed, and move it on air-ride trucks under chain-of-custody.
We rack to the documented elevation, re-cable port-for-port, and power up in sequence so your team can validate each system before sign-off.
