Chicago high-rises are the strictest environment we work in for FF&E: reserved freight elevators, narrow protected paths, building engineer sign-off and, at many properties, labour jurisdiction rules that shape who does what.

We reserve freight elevators in advance, file each building’s certificate-of-insurance requirements ahead of the first delivery, and schedule work into the evening or weekend windows many downtown towers require. That keeps the install compliant and moving instead of stalled at the dock.

Yes. We receive, inspect, and hold furniture, fixtures, and equipment in secure indoor warehousing, then release it in sequence once the space is ready, so materials are not left exposed to Chicago winter conditions on an open site.
