The manufacturer or an authorised service organisation handles de-installation, reinstallation and recalibration on most imaging and diagnostic equipment, and radiation-producing equipment typically also needs a physicist survey and state notification at the new site. We handle the physical relocation and schedule tightly around those vendor windows. Be wary of any mover who tells you they will simply move your CT.

The standard pattern is closing after Friday’s last patient and being ready for Monday morning, with the schedule thinned slightly on either side rather than cleared. What decides it is not the furniture, it is whether any equipment needs a vendor recertification visit before it can be used again.
