Warehouse Relocation Dallas-Fort Worth

Move the Warehouse Without Missing a Shipping Day

Alliance, south Dallas and the corridors in between run on outbound schedules. We phase racking, inventory and equipment so orders keep going out while the operation moves.

  • Racking Torn Down & Re-Installed
  • Forklifts & Machinery Rigged In-House
  • Phased & After-Hours, Zero Lost Shipping
  • National Reach, One Crew

We Know This Market

In DFW, the Distance Between Sites Is Part of the Plan

A warehouse move here is rarely one building to one building across the street. Alliance to south Dallas is a real drive, and it changes truck cycles, crew hours and what can honestly be finished in a single shift.

So we plan around the outbound schedule first. Which racking comes down in what order, what gets staged, which aisles stay pickable, and what moves overnight so the morning pick still runs. Then we work backwards to the crew size and the truck count.

Straight about it: Dallas-Fort Worth is a project market for us, not a staffed branch. Our own supervised crews and one accountable project lead, same standard as anywhere.

HOW WE PROTECT THE OUTCOME

Your Ship Date Sets the Sequence, Not Our Calendar

We plan backward from the first outbound order at the new building. Fast movers and critical SKUs go first, then work cells, then packaging and support equipment, then the office. The point is that receiving and fulfillment restart in a controlled order rather than everything landing at once and nobody being able to find anything.

In practice that usually means running both buildings for a stretch. You keep picking out of the old facility while the new racking goes up, and we move the slow-moving inventory in the gap. It costs a little more in crew hours and saves far more in orders you did not miss.

ONE ACCOUNTABLE SCOPE

What Your Dallas-Fort Worth Project Can Include

A dedicated PM surveys both sites, maps the new floor plan, and builds the phased sequence that runs the job to completion.

  • Racking & Shelving Teardown / Install

Pallet racking, cantilever, and wide-span shelving dismantled, transported, and re-erected and leveled to spec.

  • Forklift & Equipment Relocation

Forklifts, reach trucks, conveyors, and packaging lines skated, transported, and set in their new positions.

  • Inventory Handling & Labeling

Pallets, bins, and cartons labeled and tracked to destination locations so your slotting plan stays intact.

  • In-House Industrial Rigging

Anchored machinery, presses, and overhead equipment rigged, lifted, and set by our own crew.

  • Interim Storage & Warehousing

Need to stage inventory or equipment between buildings? Store it in our own racked, secure facilities.
