If your office sits attached to a distribution or dispatch operation, tell us early, because the office schedule usually has to bend around the shipping schedule rather than the other way around.

We file it before move day and send you written confirmation. Requirements vary more in Memphis than people expect: the East Memphis towers tend to run a standard tenant process, while some of the older downtown buildings are more informal until you need a freight elevator on a Saturday, at which point it suddenly is not informal at all.

Not for you. It is a short drive that happens to cross into Mississippi, so it is an interstate move on paper with the licensing and documentation that implies. We are set up for that and handle it as one project with one project manager. It is common enough here that we would be surprised if it caused a delay.
