PRODUCTION WITHOUT BORDERS
Tax Credits Move Productions Around the Country. Somebody Has to Move Everything Else.
Modern production chases stages, incentives, and locations across the map. A series shoots one season in Georgia and the next in New Mexico. A feature wraps in one market with its sets destined for a warehouse in another. A production company outgrows its offices mid-project. Every jump generates the same unglamorous problem: tons of equipment, sets, and infrastructure that need to be somewhere else, intact, on a date the schedule already decided.
Flood Brothers handles that problem in all 50 states with our own crews and our own fleet. No broker, no mystery affiliate meeting your one-of-one scenic at a state line. More than 220 full-time employees let us field and scale crews fast, and over 500,000 square feet of secure warehouse space means your assets have a documented home between seasons.
The schedule changes. The vendor should not have to.
LONG-HAUL PRODUCTION LOGISTICS
Oversized Sets, Sensitive Gear, and Deadlines Measured in Call Sheets
Interstate production moves are logistics problems with a creative asset in the middle. Built sets need custom crating and sometimes oversize permits. Camera, grip, and lighting packages need padded, inventoried transport with real chain of custody. Props and set dressing need to arrive findable, not just present. And all of it moves against dates set by stage availability and shooting schedules that will not wait for a truck.
We plan to the manifest: what must arrive first, what can stage in our warehouses, what needs climate consideration, and what needs an escort. Security travels with the load too. NDAs are signed before crews are assigned, badge protocols are followed at both ends, and nothing about your production shows up on anyone’s social media. That is table stakes in this industry, and we treat it that way.

NO BROKERS, NO SURPRISES
The Crew at Origin and the Crew at Destination Work for the Same Company
The standard national model hands your move between affiliates and hopes the standard survives the handoff. Ours does not. Flood Brothers crews load the trucks, Flood Brothers drivers haul them, and Flood Brothers crews unload at the destination, under one project manager who answers for the entire chain. For productions moving irreplaceable assets on immovable dates, that is not a luxury. It is the requirement.

Questions & Answers
Nationwide Production Moving FAQs
General
-
No. Your move stays inside Flood Brothers from load to delivery: our crews, our drivers, our warehouses, one project manager. For productions moving one-of-one assets, removing the handoffs removes most of the risk.
-
Yes. Full stage clears and interstate set transport are core work, including custom crating, oversize permits where needed, and delivery timed to stage availability at the destination.
-
NDAs before crews are assigned, sealed and documented loads, badge protocols at both ends, and strict no-photo rules. Chain-of-custody documentation travels with sensitive equipment from origin to destination.
-
Yes, in secure, racked, inventoried warehouse space with documented check-in and recall. Sets and props from this season are findable and intact when the next one greenlights.
